Surge con el propósito de entender las nuevas teorías que plantea el antropólogo y sociólogo Dr. Luis Llambi Insua, frente a su reflexión sobre la ocupación del suelo rural, con ello finalmente llevar a cabo una propuesta arquitectónica como propósito de este documento. El tema nace de las necesidades que tienen en las nuevas generaciones que habitan en la zona rural del municipio de Marsella, más puntual mente en la zona norte en el corregimiento Alto Cauca, conllevando a investigar sobre cuales han sido las causas que ha llevado a la población que allí habita a cambiar la manera de ocupar estas zonas. Esta investigación comprende un desarrollo progresivo de diferentes etapas que inicia con la recopilación y sistematización de la información existente en el área de estudio desde las diferentes categorías. Posterior a ello se implementó una metodología de análisis por categorías que permitiera reconocer y comprender el territorio para lograr en la tercera etapa elaborar una herramienta que permitiera reconocer, administrar la información recopilada del territorio mediante un documento técnico de soporte (DTS) y en la última estancia llegar al desarrollo de los lineamientos y estrategias establecidos desde para la intervención del territorio y el desarrollo de proyectos. Abstract: The development of the topic Transformation in the logics of occupation of the rural territory. It arises with the purpose of understanding the new theories posed by the anthropologist and sociologist Dr. Luis Llambi Insua, in front of his reflection on the occupation of rural land, with this finally carry out an architectural proposal as the purpose of this document. The theme is born of the needs they have in the new generations that live in the rural area of the municipality of Marseille, more precisely in the northern area in the Alto Cauca district, leading to investigate what have been the cause of the population that there lives change the way to occupy these areas. This research includes a progressive development of different stages that begins with the collection and systematization of the existing information in the study area from the different categories. After that, a methodology of analysis by categories was implemented to recognize and understand the territory to achieve in the third stage to develop a tool that would allow to recognize, manage the information collected from the territory through a technical support document (DTS) and in the last stay to reach the development of guidelines and strategies established for the intervention of the territory and the development of projects.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
