Marín Giraldo, Daniela Alexandra2020-03-04T21:55:02Z2020-03-04T21:55:02Z2020-01-17DDMARQ217https://repositorio.ucp.edu.co/entities/publication/944722e6-e0be-471c-a219-21bb5fa13919Trabajo de grado (Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019.La optativa técnica y tecnología (bioclimática como principio fundamental de la arquitectura) que busca fortalecer los conocimientos de una arquitectura bioclimática y sostenible como principio de diseño y proyección de ciudad esta, como reto principal nos presenta el cerro Canceles eje ambiental estructurante el calidad con gran importancia urbanística pero ignorado por los Pereiranos, la optativa busca principalmente generar un plan de desarrollo urbanístico que permita ser apoyo para el entendimiento de las diversas dinámicas sociales , culturales y económicas que se realizan en y alrededor del cerro se busca el entendimiento de este por medio de diferentes categorías clasificadas en sistemas, con los cuales se identifican las principales problemáticas y necesidades en el área de trabajo teniendo como prioridad siempre el desarrollo consiente del cerro canceles ya que se presenta como un territorio que muestra la importancia de la conservación y estudio de los recursos naturales de la región, es un potencial ecológico con el que cuenta la población de la ciudad de Pereira y sus Alrededores, especialmente las comunidades aledañas que también han sufrido el flagelo. del abandono gubernamental. Tiene dos vías las cuales conectan con el centro urbano d la ciudad hasta una distancia de 1620 metros de donde se descubre una vista de 360 grados, lugar en el que se pueden observar múltiples clases de aves, nacimientos de agua que circundan el cerro hasta encontrarse con otros marcando su gran abundancia, descubriendo las multicolores plantas, evidenciando la gran biodiversidad existente. Sin embargo, durante muchos años se ha encontrado abandonado y poco reconocido por las comunidades y el gobierno. Ahora, con este proyecto se va a enfocar el desarrollo en el sector promoviendo la belleza del paisaje y catapultando este gran potencial natural convirtiéndolo en un centro urbanístico y turístico que fortalezca no solo el sector y su comunidad, si no que sirva de referente a nivel nacional como una recuperación del sentido del paisaje natural interrelacionado con el paisaje cultural finalizando asi con una propuesta de un equipamiento colectivo a nivel municipal que se proyecte como un apoyo a la cultura reconocimiento y potencial turístico del lugar siendo un factor principal y articulador en el desarrollo urbanístico del cerro mirador canceles. Abstract: The optional technique and technology (as a fundamental principle of bioclimatic architecture) that seeks to strengthen the expertise of a bioclimatic architecture and sustainable development as a design principle and projection of the this city, as main challenge presents us the Cerro Canceles, structuring environmental axle in quality with great importance but ignored by people from Pereira. The optional aims primarily to generate an urban development plan that will make it possible the understanding of the various social , cultural and economic dynamics, that are made in/and around Cerro Canceles.
