In that way, the organizational communication systems become in strategic bases in the empower of the companies, where elements such as reputation, image, organizational environment, organizational culture, identity, information management, communication in crisis, social responsibility communication, and all of those intangibles elements are the basement of the company strategy and so that they are susceptible of evaluation.En las organizaciones contemporáneas, la medición y auditoría a los procesos de comunicación se han convertido en tareas fundamentales. Los sistemas de comunicación organizacional logran aportes estratégicos en el fortalecimiento de las organizaciones, en aspectos como la reputación, la imagen, el clima y cultura organizacionales, la identidad, el manejo de la información en situaciones de crisis, el posicionamiento y la comunicación de la responsabilidad social empresarial.
