Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2018El presente proyecto se desarrolló con finalidad de elaborar la estructura documental del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y guía de implementación bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 para una cooperativa de ahorro y crédito, asimismo, buscando dar cumplimiento a los requisitos documentales sobre las actividades principales, especificados en la Circular Básica Financiera y Contable No. 004 de la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria. Para lo anterior, inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico para determinar el grado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma en la cooperativa. Seguidamente, se realizaron cinco fases para realizar la formulación de la planeación estratégica de la organización, las cuales fueron la identificación de procesos internos, el análisis DOFA y estratégicas, el análisis de capacidades internas - cadena de valor, el Balance Score Card y la formulación estratégica como última fase. Posteriormente, se realizó la identificación de los documentos a elaborar teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 y la Circular Básica Financiera y Contable No. 004. A continuación, se procedió a elaborar la documentación requerida, de acuerdo con las características de la organización y con el apoyo de los colaboradores de esta en el suministro de información. Finalmente, se construyó una guía de implementación teniendo en cuenta los resultados de las actividades realizadas durante el avance del proyecto con el fin de facilitar el proceso de implementación a la cooperativa. The present project was developed with the purpose of elaborating the documentary structure of the Quality Management System and implementation guide under the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 for a savings and credit cooperative, also, seeking to comply with the documentary requirements on the main activities, specified in the Basic Financial and Accounting Circular 004 of the Superintendence of the Solidarity Economy. For the above, initially a diagnosis was made to determine the degree of compliance with the requirements of the standard in the cooperative. Then, five phases were carried out to formulate the strategic planning of the organization, which were the identification of internal processes, the SWOT and strategic analysis, the analysis of internal capacities - value chain, the Balance Score Card and the formulation strategic as a last phase. Subsequently, the identification of the documents to be prepared was made considering the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and Basic Financial and Accounting Circular 004. Next, the required documentation was prepared, according to the characteristics of the organization and with the support of its collaborators in the supply of information.
