Grajales Villa, Hugo AndresBetancur Jimenez, Daniel2020-06-02T20:58:11Z2020-06-02T20:58:11Z2019-11-29DDEAUB14http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5947Articulo de grado (Especialistas en Arquitectura y Urbanismo Bioclimatico), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente proyecto trata la problemática de un diseño urbano y arquitectónico bioclimático, localizado el cerro canceles de la ciudad de Pereira departamento de Risaralda, el diseño urbano se desarrolla en la parte baja, media y alta del cerro y el proyecto arquitectónico en la zona alta, este proyecto tiene unas características particulares tanto por su localización estratégica como por la diversidad de usuarios que debe atender donde encontramos funcionarios y agentes de la policía, deportistas, turistas, habitantes del sector y dos muy especiales, caballos y perros, esto presenta unos desafíos importantes a la hora del desarrollo del proyecto pues se deben tener en cuenta temas turísticos de seguridad, habitabilidad, impacto ambiental entre otros y no solo de las personas también se debe pensar como en el proyecto se incorporan estrategias bioclimáticas adecuadas para los animales. El objetivo principal del proyecto es generar condiciones óptimas de confort térmico , lumínico, auditivo, y reducir el impacto ambiental de la intervención en la zona, la metodología utilizada es la recopilación y análisis de información climática disponible, formulación de estrategias bioclimáticas que respondan al lugar y al análisis realizado, estas estrategias se incorporarán al proyecto arquitectónico el cual contará para algunos análisis con modelos reales a escala para evidenciar el funcionamiento de la estrategia utilizada y verificar su funcionamiento, para otros análisis se realizarán modelaciones virtuales en programas especializados buscando replicar con la mayor fidelidad las condiciones reales del lugar para observar el desempeño del modelo arquitectónico. El proyecto está pensado como un corredor turístico y deportivo que culmina en un mirador donde se encuentra la estación de carabineros que sirve de acompañamiento al proyecto, la estación es un complemento de este ya que además de prestar seguridad cuenta con áreas de capacitación e información turística a los visitantes. Dentro de las estrategias utilizadas destacan la implantación del proyecto y sus elementos arquitectónicos que están pensados para dar la mayor protección solar en las horas y zonas críticas del mismo , se aprovechan al máximo la ventilación natural asegurando las renovaciones de aire requeridas en cada espacio a través del diseño de ventanerías. Las ventanas enchapes y pinturas están diseñados para tener un desempeño lumínico óptimo en todos los espacios a través de la iluminación natural, se diseñaron aislamientos acústicos y se acondicionaron algunos espacios específicos para tener un buen desempeño acústico, la envolvente del proyecto también cuenta con un diseño de materiales pensado para una transferencia térmica adecuada, a través de estas estrategias se logrará obtener un buen desempeño bioclimático del proyecto. Abstract: This project addresses the problem of a bioclimatic urban and architectural design, located on the “canceles” hill in the city of Pereira, Risaralda province. The urban design is developed in the lower, middle and upper section of the hill and the architectural project in the upper area, This project has particular characteristics both for its strategic location and for the diversity of users that must serve, in which we find public workers and police officers, athletes, tourists, residents from surroundings and two very special, horses and dogs, this presents some important challenges when developing the project. Tourism, safety, habitability, environmental impact among others should be consider and not only people, should also think about how the project incorporates appropriate bioclimatic strategies for animals. The main objective of the project is to generate optimal conditions of thermal, light, hearing comfort, and reduce the environmental impact of the intervention in the area, the methodology used is the compilation and analysis of climate information available, formulation of bioclimatic strategies that respond to the place and to the analysis performed, these strategies will be incorporated into the architectural project which will have for some analyzes with real scale models to demonstrate the operation of the strategy used and verify its operation, for other analyzes virtual modeling will be carried out in specialized programs seeking to replicate with the greater fidelity the real conditions of the place to observe the performance of the architectural model. The project is intended as a tourist and sports corridor that culminates in a viewpoint where the carabineer station is located and serves as an accompaniment to the project, the station is a complement to the proposal since it contributes to providing security and also it has training and tourist information areas for the frequenters, within the strategies used, the implementation of the project and its architectural elements that are designed to provide the greatest solar protection in the hours and critical areas of the project stand out, natural ventilation is maximized ensuring the air renewals required in each space through the design of windows. Windows, ceramic tiles and paintings are designed to have optimal light performance in all spaces through natural lighting, acoustic insulation was designed and some specific spaces were conditioned to have a good acoustic performance, the envelope intended for the project also has a design of materials in pursuit of an adequate thermal transfer, through these strategies it will be possible to obtain a good bioclimatic performance of the project.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
