Facultad de Ciencias Humanas,Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2011La presente investigación, indaga el impacto que tiene la Educación Religiosa Escolar en la formación integral de los educandos del Instituto educativo Deogracias Cardona; dado que la Institución no posee una visión muy clara en cuanto a su fundamento, de la Educación Religiosa Escolar su rigurosidad e importancia, siendo necesario anotar que quien orienta la clase de Educación Religiosa no posee la formación profesional en ésta área, tampoco la Institución cuenta con un capellán o director espiritual. Por lo tanto es esencial darle a la Educación Religiosa Escolar la importancia que tiene como área fundamental y obligatoria no sólo desde la Ley (artículo 23 y 24 Ley 115 de 1994), sino también desde la misma formación; pretendiendo mediante este estudio expresar la necesidad de integrar los diversos aspectos de formación del estudiante del Instituto educativo Deogracias Cardona, estimulandolos en el conocimiento de la realidad y orientándolos en acciones y actitudes responsables, para que ellos mismos encuentren y apliquen estrategias dinámicas que los conviertan en protagonistas activos de su realización personal. Es de vital importancia que el docente de Educación Religiosa Escolar sea consciente de la formación integral, que requiere cada estudiante haciéndolo mediante su competencia creativa y socio-afectiva. De ahí la necesidad de crear una cultura pedagógica más humana que responda a los diferentes cambios que enfrenta el sistema educativo. Es un estudio basado en la necesidad de aportar en la solución de la actual situación del Instituto educativo Deogracias Cardona, donde se debate la calidad de la educación y la problemática al interior del mismo, la cual ha sido preocupante para la comunidad educativa; ya que se vive una crisis de descomposición en la que se viven problemas de drogodependencia, prostitución, problemas de tipo familiar como ausencia de diálogo, poco compromiso de los padres, malas relaciones interpersonales observables en el comportamiento de los estudiantes, Poco interés por el estudio e influencia de la sociedad de consumo entre otros. Por tales razones anteriormente expuestas y a la desconfianza que podría generar la falta de competencia de los docentes y el poco reconocimiento de la Educación Religiosa Escolar, no sólo como área fundamental, sino también de formación, se podría decir que no se alcanzan algunos aspectos de la formación en los jóvenes tales como compromiso consigo mismo, con los demás y su entorno, haciendo de ellos personas responsables que se empeñen en su propia realización y que se forjen metas a futuro. Esta investigación es de forma aplicada con un enfoque histórico hermenéutico, tomando como unidad de análisis la comunidad educativa del Instituto Deogracias Cardona, docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia, donde la unidad de trabajo quedó conformada por los estudiantes de los grados 10 y 11 que suman 113 de los cuales se estudió en profundidad 9 estudiantes de cada grado, 1 docente y 9 padres de familia. Los resultados obtenidos de dicho trabajo tienen que ver con la obtención de la información necesaria y verificable respecto al estado en que se encuentra la Educación Religiosa Escolar en el Instituto educativo Deogracias Cardona, el impacto que logra ésta en la formación integral de los estudiantes procurando que el docente encargado de esta área sea competente e idóneo según la Ley 133 de 1994; logrando que ésta delicada tarea no siga siendo asignada a cualquier docente, lo cual ha creado confusión, engaño y aversión hacia el área, permitiendo que sea reemplazada por otro tipo de actividades totalmente ajenas a la Educación Religiosa Escolar. Se hace necesario la vinculación del resto de la comunidad educativa, aparte de los jóvenes en el acompañamiento del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para darle a la Educación Religiosa Escolar, el papel significativo en la formación ética y moral; pues ella contribuye en buena parte a reducir la crisis de valores que se está dando en la actualidad en nuestro contexto; y por lo tanto ésta debe surgir de la experiencia de fe en los jóvenes del Institución educativa Deogracias Cardona, para que ellos descubran el valor y el sentido de la misma, ya que la Educación Religiosa Escolar pretende facilitar el estudio a todos sin estar condicionados a una creencia en particular, pues lo que se busca es que los jóvenes alcancen su dimensión espiritual que los encaminen a ser mejores personas y mejores seres humano.The present investigation, the impact that has the School Religious Education in the integral formation of the students of the Institute educative Deogracias Cardona investigated; since the Institution doesn't possess a very clear vision as for its foundation, its rigorous and importance, being necessary to score that who guides the class of Religious Education it doesn't possess the professional formation in this area, neither the Institution has a chaplain or spiritual director, however. Therefore it is essential to give to the School Religious Education the importance that not only has as fundamental and obligatory area from the Law (article 23 and 24 Law 115 of 1994), but also from the same formation; seeking by means of this study to express the necessity to integrate the diverse aspects of the student's of the Institute formation educative Deogracias Cardona, stimulating them in the knowledge of the reality and guiding them in actions and responsible attitudes, so that themselves finds and apply dynamic strategies that transform them into active main characters of their personal realization. It is of vital importance that the educational of School Religious Education is aware of the integral formation that each student requires making it by means of her creative and partner-affective competition. Of there the necessity to create a more human pedagogic culture that he/she responds to the different changes that it faces the educational system. It is a study based on the necessity of contributing in the solution of the current situation of the Institute educative Deogracias Cardona, where it is debated the quality of the education and the problem to the interior of the same one, which has been concern for the educational community; since one lives a crisis of decomposition in which drug addicts problems are lived, prostitution, problems of family type as dialogue absence, the parents' little commitment, bad relationships interpersonal observables in the behavior of the students, Little interest for the study and influence of the consumption society among others. For such previously exposed reasons and to the distrust that could generate the lack of competition of the educational ones and the little recognition of the School Religious Education, I don't only eat fundamental area, but also of formation, one could say that some aspects of the formation are not reached in the such youths as commitment I get same, with the other ones and their environment, making of them responsible people that insist in their own realization and that goals are forged to future. This investigation is in way applied with a hermeneutic historical focus, taking as analysis unit the educational community of the Institute educative Deogracias Cardona, educational, students and family parents, where the work unit was conformed by the students of the grades 10 and 11 that add 113 of those which it was studied in depth 9 students of each grade, 1 educational and 9 family parents. The obtained results of this work have to do with the obtaining of the necessary and verifiable information regarding the state in that is the School Religious Education in the Institute educative Deogracias Cardona, the impact that achieves this in the integral formation of the students trying that the educational one in charge of this area is competent and suitable according to the Law 133 of 1994; achieving that this delicate task doesn't continue being assigned to any educational one, that which has created confusion, deceit and aversion toward the area, allowing that it is replaced for another type of activities completely unaware to the School Religious Education.
