Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010El presente trabajo de investigación permite determinar el estado de la Cultura Organizacional en la Cooperativa de Entidades de Salud del Risaralda, Coodesuris, a través de un proceso de diagnóstico que se llevó a cabo en el segundo semestre de 2010, mediante diferentes técnicas de investigación, que posibilitaron el diseño y la ejecución de un plan estratégico de comunicación interna direccionado por la practicante y con el cual se pretende fortalecer la cultura organizacional de Coodesuris, por medio de la implementación de tácticas comunicativas que permitan el reconocimiento e identificación de sus empleados con la entidad.
