Con base en los antecedentes, se busca la necesidad de implementar una tecnología adecuada para esta clase de establecimientos y así lograr incrementar su productividad. Por lo anterior, se propone el desarrollo de una aplicación web de gestión administrativa la cual servirá como apoyo para optimizar los procesos manuales que actualmente se manejan en el parqueadero Benítez, con esto se pretende minimizar los tiempos de espera de los clientes que frecuenten el establecimiento en la ciudad de Pereira, garantizando que, con una buena gestión de la información se puedan diseñar estrategias de negocio, a fin de brindar un mejor servicio que permita obtener una mejora en los ingresos. / Abstract: Nowadays, technological innovations have driven development to a great extent throughout the world in order to facilitate people's lives, Therefore, the objective of this project is to improve a parking lot which is located in the city of Pereira, since said establishment works to improve its production processes in the hands of its administrators. Based on the background, the need to implement an adequate technology for this class of establishments is sought and thus achieve increased productivity. Therefore, the development of an administrative management web application is proposed which will serve as support to optimize the manual processes that are currently handled in the Benítez parking lot, with this it is intended to minimize the waiting times of the clients that frequently the establishment in the city of Pereira, ensuring that, with good information management, business strategies can be designed to provide a better service that allows an improvement in income.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
