Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2018La investigación se realizó en la compañía Aqua-Hielo, que es parte del sector industrial, esta se encuentra localiza en la calle 29ª # 20-06 del municipio de Tuluá Valle del Cauca, con el objetivo de realizar un diagnóstico estratégico para la toma de decisiones y presentar una propuesta que contribuya al fortalecimiento de la gestión gerencial de la empresa Aqua-Hielo, que permitan mejorar la competitividad de la empresa a corto y largo plazo. La metodología consta de un proceso de recolección de información utilizando fuentes primarias suministradas por la compañía y fuentes secundarias extraídas a partir del estudio de los referentes teóricos y del mercado en el cual compite la empresa en la ciudad de Tuluá. Con base en esta información se realizó el diagnóstico estratégico y la propuesta de mejoramiento. El resultado esperado es la implementación por parte de la empresa de la propuesta de mejoramiento. The investigation was carried out in the company Aqua-Hielo, which is part of the industrial sector, this is located in the 29th street # 20-06 of the municipality of Tuluá Valle del Cauca, with the objective of making a strategic diagnosis for the taking of decisions and present a proposal that contributes to the strengthening of the managerial management of the Aqua-Ice company, which will improve the competitiveness of the company in the short and long term.
