Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2009El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las consecuencias de la carga mental del trabajo sobre la salud de los trabadores. Y al mismo tiempo determinar como uno de los campos de aplicación de la Ergonomía: la Ergonomía Cognitiva puede aplicar sus conocimientos teóricos prácticos para que se cree un mejor ajuste del trabajo a las capacidades físicas y cognitivas del hombre. Para esto se iniciara haciendo una aproximación teórica a como el proceso de tecnificación y automatización trajo una nueva perspectiva laboral que se caracterizaría por el uso de innovadores instrumentos que implicarían una mayor carga del trabajo mental, el cual se caracterizaría por tareas con altas exigencias cognitivas que verían afectada la salud física y mental de los trabajadores, para esto, este articulo tomara como base investigaciones previamente realizadas. El siguiente artículo expone el conflicto que se genera en las madres cabeza de familia, al intentar conciliar las demandas incompatibles que se les presentan entre el ámbito laboral y el ámbito familiar, bajo la finalidad de dar cuenta de la necesidad que debe gestarse en la organizaciones de promover condiciones de trabajo, que propendan por la calidad de vida laboral de las empleadas, generándoles así la posibilidad de conciliar las demandas incompatibles entre ambas instituciones. El artículo a continuación presenta una de las problemáticas en el ámbito laboral como es el burnout mostrando las diferentes consecuencias nefastas para el trabajador entre las que se encuentran: enfermedades psicosomáticas, abandonos tempranos, trastornos afectivos y como a través de la creación de programas de creencias de eficacia se consigue mejorar la calidad de vida laboral y conseguir mayores niveles de engagement en los empleados. /Abstract: The present article has as aimanalyze the consequences of the mental load of the work on the health of the trabadores. And at the same time to determine as one of the fields of application of the Ergonomics: the Cognitive Ergonomics can apply histheoretical practical knowledge in order that one believes a better adjustment of the work to the physical and cognitive capacities of the man. For this it was beginning doing a theoretical approximation to since as, like the process of modernization and automation it brought a new labour perspective that would characterize for the use of innovative instruments that would imply a major load of the mental work, which would be characterized by tasks by high cognitive requirements that would see affected the physical and mental health of the workers, for this, this article it was taking before realized investigations researches as a base. The following article it(he,she) exposes the conflict that head of household(head of the family) generates in the mothers, on having tried to harmonize(reconcile) the incompatible demands(lawsuits) that appear them between(among) the labour area and the familiar(family) area, under the purpose of realizing of the need that must be in preparation in the organizaciones to promote conditions of work, which they tend for the quality of labour life of the employees, they generating this way the possibility of harmonizing(reconciling) the incompatible demands(lawsuits) between(among) both institutions.
