Dentro de los elementos que causan impacto en ámbitos generales, es el flujo de mano de obra. Es por esto que el objetivo de este estudio es abordar las teorías de la migración y a partir de allí relacionarlas con el dinamismo migratorio que presenta Colombia – Italia, partiendo del mercado laboral como eje central, ya que es uno de los determinantes clave de este flujo migratorio y la estabilidad socioeconómica es un factor fundamental en la calidad de vida. Así mismo se parte de la premisa que la migración tiene afectaciones tanto negativas como positivas; para los migrantes, los nacionales y los estados involucrados, esta investigación se realizó con el fin de generar un análisis general, partiendo de dos realidades migratorias diversas (Colombia e Italia) e identificar los motivos por los que se genera este flujo y cual es la postura de cada país antes esta situación. Abstract: At present, countries are increasingly interconnected, thus generating exchanges of all kinds, which carry with them a variety of influencing factors in the internal reality and the global context in which they are related. Among the elements that cause impact in general areas is the flow of labor. This is why the objective of this study is to address the theories of migration and from there relate them to the migratory dynamism presented by Colombia – Italy, starting from the labor market as a central axis, because it is one of the key determinants of this migration flow and socioeconomic stability is a fundamental factor in the quality of life. Likewise, it is based on the premise that migration has both negative and positive effects; for migrants, nationals and the states, this research was conducted in order to generate a general analysis, starting from two different migratory realities (Colombia and Italy) and identify the reasons why this flow is generated and what the position of each country is before this situation.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
