Por ende, los proveedores de servicios logísticos toman una relevancia preponderante al convertirse en quiénes aportan una optimización de los procesos y un aumento de cobertura a las organizaciones que buscan captar y conservar nuevos clientes mejorando la cadena de suministro, y así estar a la altura de las exigencias de los diferentes sectores, que cada vez son más especializados y dinámicos. / Abstract: The logistics operator is an industrial organisation which carries out complementary activities such as distribution, storage and transport of both raw materials and finished products, companies today are aware of the flexibility they need to have in order to satisfy the market and respond to market volatility; they require less costs, more speed and visibility to enable them to sustain the competitiveness of their businesses, is where they look for strategic allies that bring them competitiveness from the elements subscribed to the supply chain such as transport, stock levels, increased costs, among others. Therefore, logistics service providers take on a preponderant relevance by becoming the ones who provide optimization of processes and an increase in coverage for organisations seeking to attract and retain new customers by improving the supply chain, thereby meeting the demands of different sectors, which are becoming increasingly specialised and dynamic.
