Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira 2023La potencialidad que se presenta en la zona del parque residencial senderos el bosque permitirá generar sub-centralidades en la ciudad de Armenia, ya que es catalogada como una ciudad paisaje-ambiental. El objetivo principal es la planeación de estrategias que permitan una activación de la zona parque residencial senderos el boque, junto con la formulación de estrategias urbano-arquitectónicas que lleven a la reactivación de la zona y así lograr una integración con la estructura urbana cercana para tener una mejor conexión con el resto de la ciudad de Armenia. Los métodos utilizados para la investigación tomados como fueron unos documentos técnicos y teóricos de autores como el MOD (Modelo de Ocupación Departamental), Paisaje Cultural Cafetero y La construcción socioespacial de la ciudad: el sujeto cuerpo y el sujeto sentimiento, lo cual nos brindaron el primer acercamiento a la ciudad y saber como es su desarrollo en las diferentes dinámicas, sociales, culturales, comerciales y ambientales. Por medio de esto se llega a un proyecto arquitectónico que cumpla con todas las funciones que favorezcan a la zona y la reactive, así obteniendo una sub-centralidad que aporte en diferentes aspectos una parte importante de la ciudad. Las conclusiones obtenidas plantean que, para reactivar una zona en aspectos comerciales, sociales, culturales y ambientales, es necesario generar soluciones a los aspectos que se dejaron de presentar en la zona, para así traer parte de las costumbres que se habían perdido y tener nuevas. Abstract: The potential that is presented in the senderos el bosque residential park will allow the generation of sub-centralities in the city of Armenia, since it is classified as an environmental landscape city. The main objective is the planning of strategies that allow an activation of the senderos el bosque residential park area, together with the formulation of urban-architectural strategies that lead to the reactivation of the area and thus achieve integration with the nearby urban structure to have a better connection with the rest of the city of Armenia. The methods used for the investigation taken as technical and theoretical documents from authors such as the MOD (Departmental Occupation Model), Coffee Cultural Landscape and the socio-spatial construction of the city: the subject body and the subject feeling, which gave us the first approach to the city and know how its development in the different dynamics is, social, cultural, commercial, and environmental. Through this, an architectural project is reached that fulfills all the functions that favor the area and reactivates it, thus obtaining a sub-centrality that contributes an important part of the city in different aspects. The conclusions obtained suggest that, to reactivate an area in commercial, social, cultural, and environmental aspects, it is necessary to generate solutions to the aspects that were no longer present in the area, to bring back part of the customs that had been lost and have new ones.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
