Una de esta muy importante es evitar la evasión de pasajeros. El presente trabajo tiene la recopilación de toda la información de las áreas de la empresa de Transportes Urbanos Cañarte; como Recursos Humanos, calidad, mantenimiento, compras, tecnología, operación, infraestructura y Responsabilidad Social. Lo anterior se hace con el fin de realizar un comparativo después que se haya efectuado el proyecto, para analizar qué factores mejoraron y cambiaron y cuáles no. /Abstract: Unionized companies in the Metropolitan Area ASEMTUR West Center, one of which Cañarte Urban Transport currently has the need to implement the project based on the electronic collection system, obtaining advantages that benefit all areas of the company. One is very important to prevent the escape of passengers.
