El objetivo principal es formular unos lineamientos estratégicos de ordenación, manejo forestal y dinamismo productivo, para el óptimo desarrollo del territorio ambiental enfocados en temas de aprovechamientos forestales en las veredas ya mencionadas anteriormente, bajo un concepto de desarrollo sostenible por medio del planteamiento de un instrumento de planificación y un proyecto arquitectónico que trabaje articulado con el mismo. Los métodos utilizados para la investigación fueron una base de documentos tanto teóricos de autores como Gilma Mosquera y Jacques Aprile que nos brindaron un primer acercamiento a la región Pacifico y documentos técnicos que nos hablaban más a detalle de cómo era este territorio y sus dinámicas tanto ambientales, sociales, económicas y políticas. Las conclusiones obtenidas hablan de temas a rasgos generales de que, para reducir la presión social de los bosques de las veredas mencionadas, es necesario generar alternativas productivas forestales en suelos forestales, para si evitar que la práctica se siga expandiendo. Abstract: The problem evidenced is the deterioration of the environment by the Afro-descendant communities of the Piedras and El Silencio villages of the Santa Cecilia district, based on socioeconomic practices focused on forest exploitation. The main objective is some strategic guidelines for planning, forest management and productive dynamism, for the optimal development of the environmental territory, focused on issues of forest use in the villages already described above, under a concept of sustainable development through the approach of an instrument of planning and an architectural project that works together with it. The methods used for the research were a base of both theoretical documents by authors such as Gilma Mosquera and Jacques Aprile that gave us a first approach to the Pacific region and technical documents that spoke to us in more detail about what this territory was like and its environmental dynamics social, economic and political. The conclusions obtained speak of general issues that, in order to reduce the social pressure of the forests of the aforementioned villages, it is necessary to generate forest productive alternatives on forest soils, in order to avoid the practice from continuing to expand.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
