Se realizaron 4 entrevistas a diferentes familias con un hijo/hija con autismo, teniendo como objetivo indagar sobre los factores estresores que pueden generar una carga en los cuidadores, es así como a través de las entrevistas se pudo dar cuenta de estos múltiples factores que generan estrés no solo a las familias y dinámicas del hogar sino también al niño con TEA, por tanto se resalta que las familias tienen altos niveles estresores, por ejemplo, el dejar una vida y realizar el duelo a un ser humano con una condición diferente, el replantear estrategias y pautas de crianza, el abandonarse a ellos mismos como cuidadores y padres, donde también los factores económicos y sociales hacen parte de estos altos niveles de estrés que afectan a la familia día a día. Por otro lado, cabe mencionar que en uno de los resultados que se encontraron se expone la falta de información y estrategias que les brindan los centros de salud y los expertos para el buen manejo del niño tanto en casa, como en la escuela o en ambientes sociales, y el déficit de información respecto a los beneficios que por derecho tienen los niños y las familias. / Abstract : Families who have a son or daughter with autism constantly face high levels of stress in different factors, such as diagnostic processes, continuous decision-making, the multiple professionals that are needed, especially in times related to diagnosis and follow-up of the disorder, economic expenses, eating problems, the need to acquire information on the services for this population and the lack of time that parents have for self-care. Four interviews were conducted with different families with a son/daughter with autism, with the objective of inquiring about the stress factors that can generate a burden on caregivers, this is how through the interviews it was possible to account for these multiple factors that generate stress not only to families and household dynamics but also to the child with ASD, therefore it is highlighted that families have high levels of stress, for example, leaving a life and mourning a human being with a different condition, the rethink parenting strategies and guidelines, abandoning themselves as caregivers and parents, where economic and social factors are also part of these high levels of stress that affect the family day by day.
