Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.Este artículo surge de la preocupación por el ambiente de agresividad que se presenta en el aula del grado octavo, situación influenciada por factores familiares y socio culturales; hechos que permite evidenciar como un estudiante con un comportamiento agresivo en el aula vive en su cotidianidad situaciones que afectan su comportamiento, para ello se analizaron estos factores a partir de lo que plantean Berger y Luckmann (1969) ,quienes afirman que “la realidad de la vida cotidiana se reafirma continuamente en la interacción del individuo con los otros”.(p.186). El trabajo realizado buscaba propiciar escenarios de reflexión en torno a las relaciones existentes entre los estudiantes a través de convivencias, jornadas recreativas, trabajos en grupo y espacios de compartir fraterno; al mismo tiempo desarrollar actividades formativas con padres de familia para articular el proceso de reflexión que se realiza con los estudiantes. De ellos mismos, nació la idea de potenciar las convivencias y rescatar la escuela de Padres, para que de esta manera la agresión vaya perdiendo su fuerza en los hogares, en el aula y espacios escolares. El tipo de investigación que se realizó fue la investigación acción- participación donde los estudiantes fueron los protagonistas de los espacios de reflexión al mismo tiempo que se les presentaba la la necesidad de transformar su entorno, a partir de una sana convivencia y la aceptación del otro. El agente investigador es consciente de que el conocimiento y la aceptación de la realidad se construyen cada día y progresivamente; es por ello que se buscó propiciar el diálogo como herramienta con la que se puede organizar procesos donde tanto estudiantes como padres de familia mediante la reflexión aporten soluciones a las dificultades presentadas. \ Abstract: This article arises from the concern for the environment of aggression that occurs in the eighth grade classroom, a situation influenced by family and socio-cultural factors; facts that show how a student with aggressive behavior in the classroom lives in their daily lives situations that affect their behavior, for this factors were analyzed from what Berger and Luckmann (1969), who affirm that "the reality of daily life is continually reaffirmed in the interaction of the individual with others "(p.186). The work carried out sought to foster reflection scenarios around the relationships among students through coexistence, recreational days, group work and spaces of fraternal sharing; At the same time, develop training activities with parents to articulate the process of reflection that takes place with the students. Of them, the idea of promoting coexistence and rescuing the school of Parents was born, so that in this way the aggression will lose its strength in homes, in the classroom and school spaces.
