Para este propósito, se busca indagar por los elementos que conforman los sentidos subjetivos de la persona no binaria frente a su contexto y entorno social, categorizar dichos sentidos subjetivos por medio de categorías emergentes, e interpretarlos en relación con su historia de vida. El estudio se enmarca en el paradigma cualitativo y se utiliza el método interpretativo o histórico hermenéutico de la investigación. La población objeto de estudio es un único participante universitario de 22 años, y se empleó la técnica de la entrevista dialógica utilizando como instrumento la entrevista individual en profundidad. Los resultados arrojaron que las relaciones familiares e interpersonales son influyentes y significativas para la construcción de la identidad de género del participante miembro de la comunidad LGTBIQ+. This research aims to understand the subjective meanings that arise in a non-binary person from Armenia, Quindío, throughout his life. To achieve this purpose, it seeks to investigate the elements that make up the subjective senses of the non-binary person about their context and social environment, categorize said subjective senses through emerging categories, and interpret these senses about their life history. The study is part of the qualitative paradigm, and the interpretive or historical hermeneutic research method is used. The population under study is a single 22-year-old university participant, and the dialogical interview technique was used using the in-depth individual interview as an instrument. The results showed that family and interpersonal relationships are of significant influence and importance for the construction of the self-concept and gender identity of the participating member of the LGTBIQ+ community.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
