En el área elegida, el centro de Pereira, el proyecto resuelve una necesidad estructurante para el espacio urbano colectivo, el medio ambiente, enfocada en el mejoramiento del aire, por su condición de mayor área de concentración de emisiones del transporte público, para plantear parámetros de acción, en torno a la espacialidad pública y vacíos urbanos. / Abstract: This documents gives principles to follow on actioning Plans on the area, to the Metropolitan Mobility, and is sets a beginning of the real status of their Structurants Systems. In the chosen zone, Pereira‟s Middletown, the project solves an estruturant need to the collective urban space, the environment, focus in the air quality solutions, by their condition of being the zone with the biggest concentration of gas emissions from public transport, all to get actuation principles on public spaces and urban emptiness.Universidad Católica de Pereira. tutor: Arq.
