Se llevó a cabo una búsqueda de artículos publicados entre el 2010 y 2021 por medio de bases de datos como Pubmed, Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc, BVS y Science Direct. Siguiendo el protocolo Prisma, los términos de búsqueda utilizados fueron: autoconcepto, autoestima, autoimagen, autopercepción, TDAH, niños, adolescentes y las mismas palabras en inglés. Fue posible identificar una tendencia hacia el autoconcepto negativo y no se encontraron resultados concluyentes respecto a la estabilidad o cambio de este con respecto a la edad. Finalmente, se reconoce la importancia de una comprensión integral del trastorno que involucre un diagnóstico de áreas tanto a nivel cognitivo, como comportamental y psicológico. Abstract: The aim of this systematic review was to analyze self-concept in children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD. A search of articles published between 2010 and 2021 was carried out using databases such as Pubmed, Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc, BVS and Science Direct. Following the Prisma protocol, the search terms used were: self-concept, self-esteem, self-image, self-perception, ADHD, children, adolescents and the same words in English. It was possible to identify a tendency towards negative self-concept and no conclusive results were found regarding its stability or change with respect to age. Finally, the importance of a comprehensive understanding of the disorder involving a diagnosis of cognitive, behavioral and psychological areas is recognized.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
