To address these questions a reflection is made that includes an approach to its social setting first, second, a discussion on territorial imaginaries; third, an argument in favor of the complexity of the urban-rural territory; fourth, an approach to the reality of housing as an indicator of social progress, fifth, a few remarks about the Megabus as an icon of progress in urban mobility; sixth, a synthesis of social debts with childhood, and seventh a summary of the virtuous circle adopted as a strategy by Society on the Move.¿Progresa Pereira? ¿Cómo puede entenderse el concepto de progreso en esta ciudad?
