Abordar de manera eficiente la gravedad de los impactos generados por la ola invernal instó al taller de Línea en Vivienda, Tecnologías Apropiadas y Desarrollo Territorial a través del concurso a elaborar un ejercicio integral que aborda las escalas regional, departamental, municipal y de áreas de intervención puntual, a desarrollar estrategias que cobijen los ámbitos , social, ambiental y de vulnerabilidad que se relacionan con la insostenibilidad de los patrones de uso y ocupación, para mitigar de manera eficiente los efectos de riesgos futuros. |
