| Summary: | The development of this research focused on the identification and characterization of the impact óf the food industry in the regio-nal economy, analyzing the problem from three perspectives: economic, financial and administr,ative fields, which allowed determining variables of the investigation. The research work arises from two levels of analysis, one theoretical and one contextual. This way is expected to account for the relationship that appears between the development of a company as a multinational and other companies and elements of the value chain. |
