Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2019Este artículo de investigación se centra en el análisis de cómo las emociones primarias de nuestros estudiantes afectan o no el proceso de su formación integral. Por lo tanto, su principal objetivo es proponer algunas estrategias pedagógicas que faciliten a los adolescentes de la institución analizada, el manejo, uso apropiado y asertivo de las emociones primarias en busca de un excelente desarrollo académico y convivencia escolar. Esta investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo-investigativo, implementando el proceso de investigación de la encuesta, donde no solo se tomaron en cuenta a los estudiantes, sino también a los maestros y padres. La encuesta produjo un resultado que se analizará al final del artículo, con sus respectivas recomendaciones en el proceso de capacitación dentro o fuera del aula. Abstract : This research article focuses on how the primary emotions of our students affect or not affect their learning process, therefore, the main objective of this project is to provide some pedagogical strategies that will assist the educational management of the analyzed institution to take into consideration the student’s primary emotions in order to achieve excellent academic development, good social behavior, and mutual school-student understanding. This research was developed under a quantitative-investigative approach, utilizing the survey inquiry process, where the thoughts and feelings of students, parents and teachers were taken into account. The results of this survey will be presented at the end of the article with respective recommendations to the training process for both inside and outside the classrooom.
