La presente investigación aborda desde una perspectiva crítica, el discurso Estatal Colombiano, frente a la Salud Mental-Salud con perspectiva Intercultural para comunidades indígenas; Así pues, esta investigación tiene como objetivo, problematizar las lógicas de dominación y representación que entrama el discurso Estatal "Intercultural" en Salud Mental-Salud. Para ello se toma como método el Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD), el cual permite abordar categorías como el poder, el control social, la dominación, el colonialismo, hegemonía, ideología, género, raza, discriminación, intereses, reproducción, instituciones, estructura y orden social, entre otros (Van-Dijk, 2017); en este sentido, se toma como unidad de análisis la Salud Mental, teniendo presente siempre la complejidad de la misma desde una perspectiva crítica y que implica a un discurso hegemónico y las nociones de salud-enfermedad indígenas y como unidad de trabajo, se toman los documentos oficiales que hablan sobre salud mental y población indígena, para mediante hilos discursivos analizar las nociones que desde el Estado se construyen sobre las categorías: Interculturalidad; Salud Mental-Salud, Indígena y Estado. Frente a los resultados, se ha encontrado ,en términos amplios, un discurso y unas lógicas estructurales e históricas de invisibilización de los saberes indígenas, dominación, colonialismo y funcionales al Estado, veladas en un aparente discurso intercultural. Abstract: this research approaches from a critical perspective, the Colombian State discourse on Mental Health-Health with an Intercultural perspective for indigenous communities; thus, the objective of this research is to problematize the logics of domination and representation that the "Intercultural" State discourse on Mental Health-Health entails. For this purpose, the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) is taken as a method, which allows addressing categories such as power, social control, domination, colonialism, hegemony, ideology, gender, race, discrimination, interests, reproduction, institutions, structure and social order, among others (Van-Dijk, 2017); in this sense, Mental Health is taken as a unit of analysis, always bearing in mind the complexity of it from a critical perspective and involving a hegemonic discourse and the notions of indigenous health-disease and as a working unit, official documents that talk about mental health and indigenous population are taken, in order to through discursive threads analyze the notions that from the State are built on the categories: Interculturality; Mental Health-Health, Indigenous and State.
