Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2009En toda empresa es necesaria la información contable para tener un mejor control sobre todos los procedimientos que se ejecuten, con el fin de tomar las decisiones gerenciales apropiadas, buscando siempre el crecimiento y el desarrollo de la organización. De ahí la importancia de un software contable capaz de intervenir en todas las etapas de producción, brindándole a la empresa seguridad y confiabilidad en el desarrollo de sus operaciones, alcanzando altos niveles de eficiencia gracias a un control permanente de todo el proceso productivo. De manera que Avicorvi S.A. dentro de sus planes para mejorar sus procesos internos, está implementando esta herramienta administrativa para un sistema de costeo más preciso y confiable, conociendo en detalle el costo unitario del producto, teniendo en cuenta los costos directos e indirectos. Además, permite conocer la productividad de los operarios y de la maquina en el proceso productivo buscando una mejor gestión empresarial. /Abstract: In every company the accounting information in necessary to have a better control on all the procedures that are executed, in order to make the appropriate management decisions, always looking for the growth and the development of the organization. From there the importance of a capable accounting software to intervene in all the phases of production, giving the company security and reliability in the development of its operations, reaching high levels of efficiency thanks to a permanent control of all the productive process. So that Avicorvi S.A. within its plans to improve its internal processes, is implementing this administrative tool for a system of cost more precise and reliable, knowing in detail the unit cost of the product, keeping in mind the direct and indirect costs.
