Sánchez Hernández, Jhon Alexander2023-02-07T19:41:41Z2023-02-07T19:41:41Z2022-12-12http://hdl.handle.net/10785/12450Tesis de grado (Especialización en Edumática), Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2022.En el presente trabajo se pretende fortalecer la inteligencia emocional a docentes y administrativos del Instituto Comfamiliar Risaralda implementando talleres vivenciales mediados por TIC, se aplica el test de inteligencia emocional de Emily Sterrett, luego se orientan los tres talleres vivenciales, en el primer taller vivencial se trabaja la inteligencia intrapersonal, en el segundo la inteligencia interpersonal, con el objetivo de ejercitar estas inteligencias en los participantes y en el tercer taller el objetivo es identificar la red de apoyo emocional de los participantes; se aplicó un enfoque de tipo mixto de carácter paralelo lo que significa que tanto desde el modelo cuantitativo y cualitativo se desarrollaron actividades en la misma medida, en lo cualitativo se aplicó una metodología de un modelo interactivo y como resultado se encontró que los participantes ya hablaban en diferentes espacios laborales de la importancia de ejercitar y mejorar la inteligencia emocional, también quieren aprender primeros auxilios emocionales y en lo cuantitativo se aplicó una metodología de tipo no experimental de carácter longitudinal; para saber si fueron o no productivos los talleres vivenciales se vuelve a aplicar el test de Emily Sterrett, en los resultados podemos ver que si fueron beneficiosos los talleres vivenciales, sobre todo en el área de autoconciencia; a los participantes de los talleres se les entregó un enlace a un OVA en donde encuentran lecturas, videos, aplicaciones y cursos para que de manera autónoma y autodidacta puedan seguir aprendiendo y fortaleciendo. Abstract: This project pretends strength the teachers’ and administratives’ emotional intelligence from Instituto Comfamiliar Risaralda implementing experimental tasks throughout TIC, Emily Street’s test of intelligence is applied, then the experimental tasks are oriented, in the first experimental task intrapersonal intelligence is worked, in the second, interpersonal intelligence, with the objective of practice these intelligences in the participants and the third task with the purpose of indentifying the supporting emotional red of the participants; It is applied a mixed approach with a parallel characteristic which means This involves a quantitative and qualitative model developing activities in the same level. As a qualitative is applied a methodology of an interactive model and as a result we find that the participants already talked in different work environments about the importance practice and improve the emotional intelligence. They also want to learn first emotional aids while the quantitative process is a no experimental methodology with longitudinal characteristics; in order to know if the experimental tasks are productive, we apply the Emily Street’s test again, in the results we can see if they are beneficial, but especially in the auto-awareness issue; We also provide a link of a website OVA to the task’s participants where they can find readings, videos, apps and curses with the intention of they keep learning and strengthening in an autonomous and autodidactic way.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
