Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2010La empresa GL INGENIEROS S.A. encaminada a certificar el Programa de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en la Norma Técnica Colombiana OHSAS 18001, se ha presentado en la necesidad de consolidar cada uno de los subprogramas que lo conforman, como lo son el Subprograma de Medicina Preventiva y del Trabajo, el Subprograma de Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, y el Subprograma de Bienestar Social, al cual se hará referencia en el presente trabajo de práctica. De acuerdo a un estudio realizado para identificar la necesidad de consolidar el Subprograma de Bienestar Social, se pudo conocer que es debido estructurar de manera formal, los beneficios del programa en apoyo de algunas propuestas mencionadas por los encuestados lográndose consolidar en cuatro Subprogramas así:El Subprograma Formativo, basado en la formación del talento humano, el Subprograma Familia GL INGENIEROS, basado en el afianzamiento de las relaciones interpersonales en laorganización, el Subprograma de Apoyo, conformado por los apoyo económicos y por último el Subprograma Estilos de Vida Saludable, basado en promover actividades de bienestar físico y mental en los empleados. /Abstract: The Company GL INGENIEROS SA following to certify the Programme on Safety andOccupational Health at the NTC OHSAS 18001, has been presented in the need to consolidateeach of the subprogrammes that shape it, such as the sub-program Preventive Medicine and of Labor, the sub-program Hygiene and Safety Industrial and sub-program Social Welfare, which will be discussed in this current practice.
