Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente (AMCO), jurídicamente conformada por Pereira, Dosquebradas y La Virginia y regionalmente constituida por municipios satélites entre los cuales se encuentran Santa Rosa, Alcalá y Cartago y con los cuales ejecutan actividades de intercambio económico o de servicios, hace parte de la conformación de un territorio que se encuentra clasificado por sistemas. En este proyecto de investigación se encontrará consumada información acerca del análisis realizado en el municipio de Santa Rosa, un municipio importante para el AMCO, debido a sus dinámicas de economía social basadas en el alto potencial agrícola, que además se caracteriza por la inclusión del género femenino y las comunidades rurales en los procesos de intercambio de productos y servicios. Los servicios basados en el mantenimiento del hogar, los cuales comprenden el cuidado de infantes y adultos mayores, desarrollados principalmente por el género femenino, debido a ciertas características asignadas por la sociedad asociadas a rasgos morfológicos, están siendo subvalorados a pesar de tener gran importancia en la cadena económica de la familia. De tal manera que se busca encontrar una solución que permita la formalización de este tipo de economía basada en la prestación de servicios. Es así como se planteará un proyecto arquitectónico que responda a las necesidades encontradas en la comunidad estudiada y potencializará el papel de la mujer en la economía social, respondiendo además a particularidad es ambientales encontradas en el entorno inmediato y articulándose con una propuesta de vivienda que pueda ser habitada, además, por personas con movilidad reducida o condiciones particulares de salud como lo es la población de la tercera edad; que de cierta manera, limitan el desarrollo por parte de la mujer de actividades alternas que aporten a la economía de subsistencia familiar. SUMMARY: The Central West Metropolitan Area (AMCO), legally constituted by Pereira, Dosquebradas and La Virginia and regionally constituted by satellite municipalities, among which are Santa Rosa, Alcalá and Cartago and with which they carry out activities of economic exchange or services, is part of of the conformation of a territory that is classified by systems. In this research project you will find complete information about the analysis carried out in the municipality of Santa Rosa, an important municipality for the AMCO, due to its social economy dynamics based on high agricultural potential, which is also characterized by the inclusion of gender women and rural communities in the processes of exchange of products and services. Services based on home maintenance, which include the care of infants and the elderly, developed mainly by the female gender, due to certain characteristics assigned by society associated with morphological features, are being undervalued despite having great importance in the economic chain of the family.
