Para el planteamiento del proyecto se analiza el sector bajo tres variables, cuyos posteriores resultados orientarán hacia las problemáticas, necesidades y posibles soluciones que debe proporcionar la propuesta: lo ambiental, la legalidad y la infraestructura. Se plantean un total de 112 viviendas unifamiliares VIP y VIS cuyos criterios se determinan partiendo de las necesidades de la comunidad del plumón, pues son pensadas principalmente para la reubicación de un porcentaje de este barrio que se encuentra invadiendo predios con riesgos geológicos y en estado de ilegalidad. Abstract: The present housing proposal for San Mateo’s sector responds to the need to transfer the battalion, and as a solution that allows to reduce the housing deficit in the city of Pereira and solving the problems of invasion and legality of the Plumon’s community. For the project approach, the sector is analyzed under three variables, whose subsequent results will guide the problems, needs and possible solutions that the proposal must provide: environmental, legality and infrastructure.
