Si bien es cierto la reforma rural integral no ha tenido avances en su implementación por la variedad de obstáculos sociales, políticos y económicos que impiden su puesta en marcha y así generar un desarrollo sostenible social para todo el territorio nacional. De acuerdo a los anteriores antecedentes nos adentramos a investigar el territorio, que para esta investigación tomamos específicamente a los municipios de pueblo rico Risaralda, Mistrató Risaralda, Riosucio Caldas y Tadó Chocó, en donde este análisis nos arroja una Bioregion que comparte cuatro municipios de tres departamentos completamente diferentes y como resultado de este análisis, podemos focalizamos 3 conceptos; el Ambiental, Social y el Institucional, es por esta razón que el presente trabajo de investigación se centrará especial y específicamente en el municipio de Tadó Chocó. Los pilares de esta investigación serán el desarrollo integral inclusivo, así como también la consecución del desarrollo ambiental sostenible acompañado de las instituciones gubernamentales en pro y en consonancia con el acuerdo de paz suscrito en el año 2016. Para lograr dichos objetivos será necesario tener en cuenta la población, los aspectos sociales, económicos y culturales con sus respectivas problemáticas del lugar objeto de investigación. Por último, se expondrá las soluciones a la problemática sociocultural, económica y ambiental del territorio de Tadó Chocó, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes factores que benefician y afectan dicho municipio. así las cosas después de haber hecho un estudio extensivo de región, nos focalizamos en la vereda playa de oro, jurisdicción del municipio de Tadó chocó donde se desarrollara el centro para la recuperación y conservación de la biodiversidad, con fines participativos e incluyentes con la población que permitan mitigar las problemáticas sociales y económicas en este territorio y así propiciar una mejor calidad de vida que permita apropiarse a la población de su territorio por medio de la concientización ambiental. Abstract: With the signing of the peace agreement signed in 2016, between the national government and the FARC guerrilla, more than 50 years of internal armed conflict ends. This agreement proposes different mechanisms for its implementation, a situation that allows us, within this research work, to delve into and emphasize, especially in relation to the comprehensive rural reform proposed in said agreement. Although it is true that the comprehensive rural reform has not made progress in its implementation due to the variety of social, political and economic obstacles that prevent its implementation and thus generate sustainable social development for the entire national territory. According to the previous background, we delved into investigating the territory, which for this investigation we specifically took to the municipalities of Pueblo Rico Risaralda, Mistrato Risaralda, Riosucio Caldas and Tadó Chocó, where this analysis gives us a Bioregion that shares four municipalities of three completely different departments and as a result of this analysis, we can focus on 3 concepts; the Environmental, Social and Institutional, it is for this reason that the present research work will focus especially and specifically on the municipality of Tadó Chocó. The pillars of this research will be inclusive comprehensive development as well as the achievement of sustainable environmental development accompanied by government institutions in favor of and in line with the peace agreement signed in 2016.
