Destaca las cifras que vuelven la ganadería un tema a tratar de manera eficiente y rápida para evitar el agotamiento de recursos naturales, entre estos resalta que el metano produce un 30% de gases efecto invernadero y en promedio un bovino consume 45 litros de agua diarios aproximadamente. Las soluciones son brindadas por especialistas en el tema como ganaderos y agropecuarios que han implementado en su sitio de trabajo alternativas innovadoras que mitigan estas cifras. Abstract: This article analyzes how the environment has been negatively affected from the excessive consumption of water, overgrazing and the production of methane gas by livestock and as in a regional context, located in Risaralda, this impact has been reduced through the different alternatives made by the farmers. Stresses the figures that make livestock an issue to be dealt with efficiently and quickly to avoid the depletion of natural resources, among which it stands out that methane produces 30% of greenhouse gases and on average a bovine consumes approximately 45 liters of water per day .
