En esta empresa existen procesos y procedimientos de gran importancia que necesitan un debido análisis y una correcta programación para su elaboración, cada operación requiere de sumo cuidado para asegurar un producto terminado en óptimas condiciones, que cumpla con los requerimientos en cuanto a calidad y entrega a tiempo para garantizar la satisfacción al cliente. Teniendo en cuenta que cada operación es importante para que el producto final este en óptimas condiciones, en la empresa Compañía Comercial del Risaralda ubicada en la ciudad de Pereira se identificó la necesidad de implementar nuevas prácticas de producción como la estandarización de métodos, tiempos, análisis detallado de operaciones, puesto de trabajo, máquinas, operarios para así garantizar un flujo de producción y una entrega a tiempo, minimizando posibles fallas que pueda tener dicho proceso. Este proyecto de grado busca hacer una propuesta de mejora en el módulo de panty jeans de la Compañía Comercial del Risaralda que facilite a la empresa encontrar soluciones para reducir tiempos perdidos o improductivos, cuellos de botella, movimientos repetitivos e innecesarios, implementando nuevas formas de producir más, en menor tiempo por medio del estudio y análisis de técnicas o teorías que faciliten visualizar cual pueda ser la mejor forma de realizar cada operación, dándole un método eficaz y un tiempo estándar a cada puesto de trabajo, implementando indicadores y un seguimiento que permita monitorear, controlar y vigilar la calidad y eficiencia del proceso. Esta propuesta de mejora se hace con el fin de que la empresa haga un análisis comparativo entre los tiempos ya establecidos y los propuestos en esta investigación, para así determinar qué beneficios puede traer a la empresa el implementar nuevos cambios en sus procesos, para así garantizar entregas a tiempo y satisfacción al cliente. ABSTRACT: The company Compañía Comercial del Risaralda, is a company that is dedicated to the design, cutting production and marketing of male and female jeans and panty jeans. In this company there are processes and procedures of great importance that need a proper analysis and proper programming for its preparation, each operation requires great care to ensure a finished product in optimal conditions, which meets the requirements in terms on time delivery and customer satisfaction guaranteed Taking into account that each operation is important so that the finished product is in optimal conditions, in the company Compañía Comercial del Risaralda located in the city of Pereira was identified the need to implement new production practices; such as the standardization of methods, times, detailed analysis of operations, work stations, machinery, operators to ensure a flow of production and on-time delivery, minimizing possible failures that the process may have. This project seeks to make a proposal for improvement in the panty jeans work module of the company Compañía Comercial del Risaralda that facilitates the company to find solutions to reduce lost or unproductive bottle neck , repetitive and unnecessary movements, implementing new ways of producing more , in less time by the course of studying and analysis of techniques or theories that facilitate visualizing which can be the best way to perform each operation, giving an effective method and a standard time to each work place, implementing indicators and a follow-up that allows monitoring, controlling and watching the quality and efficiency of the process.
