Programa de Comunicación Social y Periodismo, Pereira, 2013Este trabajo es una muestra de la importancia de un área de comunicación dentro de una empresa, el cómo generar estrategias encaminadas a fortalecer la imagen externa y la cultura organizacional dentro de ella, hacen que se genere más reconocimiento y posicionamiento ante todo el público externo e identidad corporativa en los empleados de la organización, desarrollándose un buen ambiente laboral, trabajando por la responsabilidad social empresarial para así contribuir a que la empresa crezca y sea cada vez mejor. Para el logro de ello se detectan dos falencias, siendo estas a nivel externo la falta de conocimiento de la empresa por parte de los funcionarios y usuarios de los hospitales de los diferentes municipios asociados a Coodesuris, a la cual se le da posible solución desarrollando un producto audiovisual que cuenta la gestión que desarrolló Coodesuris durante el año 2012, para así lograr que los funcionarios y la comunidad de los diferentes municipios asociados conozcan aún más lo que realiza la empresa apropiándose de ella. A nivel interno se encuentra la falta de contribución a la preservación del medio ambiente a través de la gestión de sólidos, ya que no se les da el uso adecuado aún contando con las herramientas para hacerlo; para esto se plantea realizar una campaña lúdica y dinámica en la que los empleados conozcan la importancia del reciclaje y lo pongan en práctica. /Abstract: This work is an example of the importance of a communication area within a company, how to generate strategies to strengthen the external image and organizational culture within it, make it generate more recognition and positioning to all external audiences and corporate identity in employees of the organization, developing a good working environment, working for CSR in order to help the company grow and is getting better. To achieve this two flaws are detected, these being externally to the lack of knowledge of the company by the staff and users of the various hospitals associated Coodesuris municipalities, which is given to develop a possible solution audiovisual product account management Coodesuris that developed during 2012 in order to ensure that staff and community partners from different municipalities even know what the company takes ownership of it.
