Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2020la investigación “Reconociéndome: la transformación de la autoestima de una maestra en formación en el camino del autoconocimiento” su objetivo fue comprender la transformación de la autoestima en el camino del autoconocimiento de una maestra en formación de la Licenciatura en Educación Religiosa de la Universidad Católica de Pereira. Es cualitativo, biográfico narrativo, instrumento el relato autobiográfico, un análisis temático para darle sentido a las expresiones. Los resultados: la autoestima inicialmente negativa, que se fue transformando en los semestres posteriores, manifestando seguridad y confianza en sí misma. El autoconocimiento, reconocerse, valorarse, amarse y aceptarse tal como es, y en los procesos de formación, la influencia de lo cognitivo, lo afectivo y la interacción con maestros y compañeros para su crecimiento personal y profesional. Concluye que los procesos de formación contribuyeron a que la maestra descubriera una mujer comprometida y responsable, desarrollando habilidades y capacidades que desconocía de sí misma.The research "Recognizing myself: the transformation of the self-esteem of a teacher in training on the path of self-knowledge", its objective was to understand the transformation of self-esteem in the path of self-knowledge of a teacher in training of the Bachelor of Religious Education of the Catholic University from Pereira. It is qualitative, narrative biographical, an instrument of the autobiographical story, a thematic analysis to give meaning to the expressions. The results: initially negative self-esteem, which was transformed in subsequent semesters, manifesting security and self-confidence. Self-knowledge, recognition, value, love and acceptance as it is, and in the training processes, the influence of the cognitive, the affective and the interaction with teachers and colleagues for their personal and professional growth. It concludes that the training processes contributed to the teacher discovering a committed and responsible woman, developing skills and abilities that she did not know about herself.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
