Sin embargo, los jóvenes están migrando a las zonas pobladas y centros urbanos, buscando mejores oportunidades a futuro, lo que ocasiona una pérdida paulatina de identidad cultural y hace que se imposibilite el relevo generacional en el campo, afectando su calidad de vida. El objetivo del proyecto es realizar un análisis de las potencialidades y problemáticas del territorio, con el fin de generar estrategias educativas para el Instituto Técnico Agrícola, que permitan empoderar, reinterpretar, potencializar y mejorar las tradiciones y dinámicas sociales, económicas y culturales en las personas de la zona, dentro de un proyecto integral que potencializa los recursos, mantiene las prácticas culturales en el campo, en el proceso de siembra y cultivo de café. Se realiza una recolección documental base a partir del análisis del territorio, por medio de varias categorías planteadas para solucionar una cobertura necesaria a los equipamientos colectivos rurales, Así mismo, se determinan las necesidades y problemáticas de la zona, para luego concluir y determinar un conjunto de equipamientos colectivos que se desarrollaran de manera conceptual, funcional y técnico, constructivo, para finalmente dar una solución adecuada y pertinente. Se pudo obtener la información adecuada para determinar los factores importantes del municipio de Balboa, los cuales indicaron el objetivo central para llevar a cabo el proyecto. El instituto técnico agrícola logró dar cobertura al desarrollo de un sistema educativo superior adecuando así las exigencias y necesidades de los estudiantes, la sociedad y el sector productivo del municipio de Balboa, como lo fue la tecnificación de los procesos de los cultivos generando beneficios del suelo, la población y la economía de la región. Abstract: A territorial analysis of five municipalities of Risaralda was carried out, which showed both the problems and potential of the territory, from this, the issue is addressed more specifically from the rural area in the municipality of Balboa in the village of La Floresta, it is evident that it is an eminently agricultural territory. However, young people are migrating to populated areas and urban centers, looking for better opportunities in the future, which causes a gradual loss of cultural identity and makes generational change in the countryside impossible, affecting their quality of life. The objective of the project is to carry out an analysis of the potentialities and problems of the territory, in order to generate educational strategies for the Agricultural Technical Institute, which allow to empower, reinterpret, potentiate and improve the social, economic and cultural traditions and dynamics in people of the zone, within an integral project that potentializes the resources, maintains the cultural practices in the field, in the process of sowing and cultivation of coffee. A basic documentary collection is made from the analysis of the territory, by means of several categories proposed to solve a necessary coverage to the rural collective equipments, Likewise, the needs and problems of the area are determined, to then conclude and determine a set of collective equipments that will be developed in a conceptual, functional and technical, constructive way, to finally give an adequate and pertinent solution. It was possible to obtain the appropriate information to determine the important factors of the municipality of Balboa, which indicated the central objective to carry out the project.
