Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2018.Actualizar el Estatuto Orgánico de Presupuesto -EOP en el municipio de Dosquebradas radica básicamente en incorporar las adiciones, modificaciones y derogaciones de la normatividad incluida y la posterior al decreto 111 de 1996 con el fin de compilarla y estructurar un solo cuerpo normativo que regule la materia en el municipio. La normatividad orgánica es una extensión de la constitución que da las bases necesarias para organizar y reglamentar el proceso presupuestal. La ausencia de un Estatuto Orgánico de Presupuesto -EOP municipal actualizado trae consigo una serie de dificultades en la regulación e implementación del sistema presupuestal, he allí la importancia en que en la aplicación de las leyes en la materia se realicen con base en las normas actuales y evitar la omisión por desconocimiento. Abstract: Update the Organic Budget Statute -EOP in the municipality of Dosquebradas is basically to incorporate the additions, amendments and derogations of the regulations included and the subsequent to Decree 111 of 1996 in order to compile and structure a single regulatory body that regulates the matter in the town. The organic normativity is an extension of the constitution that gives the necessary bases to organize and regulate the budget process. The absence of an updated Budget Organic Statute -EOP municipal brings with it a series of difficulties in the regulation and implementation of the budget system, there is the importance that in the application of the laws on the subject are made based on current standards and avoid omission due to ignorance.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
