Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021El sector de la comuna Olímpica como el sector centro de la ciudad de Pereira, requieren un diagnóstico y posteriormente una propuesta de intervención, que posibilite la adecuación a nivel normativo, técnico y espacial de los equipamientos deportivos, como de la estructura urbana integral en la que se emplazan, además del planteamiento de unas unidades de vivienda complementarias, lo cual le permite a la ciudad soportar las actividades que conciernen a los juegos nacionales que se llevarán a cabo en el año 2023 así como la contribución a la mejora de la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos posterior a dicho evento, ya que fomentará la consolidación, el crecimiento y desarrollo de las dinámicas deportivas de su población Se deberá implementar un plan que integre las actividades que se desarrollan dentro y fuera de las instalaciones, que vincule no sólo a los deportistas, sino también a los espectadores, personal técnico y administrativo como a los habitantes del sector. / Abstract : The sector of the Olympic commune and the central sector of the city of Pereira require a diagnosis and subsequent intervention proposal, which makes it possible to adapt sports facilities, as well as the urban structure in which they are located, at a regulatory, technical and spatial level in addition to the proposal of complementary housing units, which allows the city to support the activities that concern the national games that will be held in 2023 as well as the contribution to the improvement of the quality of life of its citizens after said event, as it will promote the consolidation, growth and development of the sports dynamics of its population A plan must be implemented that integrates the activities that take place inside and outside the facilities, and that links not only the athletes, but also the spectators, technical and administrative personnel, as well as the inhabitants of the sector.Universidad Católica de Pereira;
