Parámetros de diseño para áreas comunes en Unidades Residenciales

Esta investigación es fruto de la preocupación de la planificación de las ACR, contiene y recopila la información en tres capítulos, Primero el reconocimiento sobre la idea ACR, donde se expresan los términos y lineamientos, segundo la planeación de las ACR, donde se encuentran los elementos y componentes arquitectónicos y paisajísticos que la conforman, y tercero la sustentabilidad de las ACR donde se muestran las diferentes maneras de conseguir el ahorro energético por medio de sistemas pasivos y activos. En este orden de ideas se facilita la comprensión y consigo el diseño de los espacios, de acuerdo a las necesidades y especificaciones planteadas por los usuarios y sus actividades; aunque esta idea debe estar ligada a lo arquitectónico, social y jurídico, es necesario preguntarnos sobre los aspectos cotidianos y las relaciones humanas de los mismos para conformarlo, creando una afinidad entre el espacio, el lugar, el edificio y la comunidad. /Abstract: This research is the result of the concern of the planning of ACR, contains and collects the information in three chapters. First the appreciation about the idea ACR, where the terms and the guidelines are expressed, second the planning of the ARC, here are the elements of architectural and landscape components that make it, and third, sustainability of the ACR showing the different ways to achieve energy savings through passives and actives systems. In this connection facilitates the understanding and design of spaces according to the needs and specifications submitted by users and their activities; although this idea must be linked to the architectural, social and legal, you must wonder about the everyday aspects and relationships of these to conform it, creating an affinity among space, place, the building and the community.
