Summary:RESUMEN: V ABTSRACT: This paper compiles the exercise of management and planning of communication processes of cultural agency Pereira Bank of the Republic in the first half of 2009; its development, was routed in three key elements: 1 / Public Relations and media organization, strategy through which sought to integrate cultural agency as active entity generator culture in the city and medially position itself as such. 2 / Development of the monthly cultural program, where the aim was generated through graphics and advertising pieces a considerable increase in the number of visitors and users of cultural services and programs organized by the Central Bank in the city. 3 / To support the wellness area and the Bank's management in the organization, idea generation and implementation of activities domestically and celebrations, enforcement activities of interaction among others
