Pereira, 2009Este trabajo de grado presenta el análisis y diseño de una red de telecomunicaciones para el departamento de Risaralda, que permita enlazar servicios para la transmisión de archivos, telefonía IP y videoconferencias. La red de telecomunicaciones diseñada se encuentra soportada en el medio de transmisión inalámbrico, a través de enlaces punto a punto por radiofrecuencia (RF) usando la banda licenciada de 2.5 GHZ enlazando los cerros y montañas de la geografía del departamento a fin de crear conexiones entre los municipios, para lo cual, se realizan los cálculos respectivos para verificar la viabilidad del enlace y los equipos seleccionados. Una vez la señal llegue a las alcaldías de los municipios se distribuirá entre los entes públicos definidos en el trabajo, de acuerdo a los anchos de banda asignados. La red contará con un esquema de direccionamiento privado clase B y se definirán VLANs para optimizar el tráfico y proporcionar seguridad. La tecnología seleccionada para la conmutación es MPLS en miras del crecimiento y el futuro de las telecomunicaciones en Risaralda, en pro de garantizar una calidad de servicio óptima para la prestación de los servicios. Igualmente se presentan los aspectos legales a ser tenidos en cuenta frente a los organismos estatales y se define un aproximado de los costos de los equipos a utilizar. / Abstract: This graduate work presents the analysis and design of a telecommunications network for the department of Risaralda, link services that allow for file transfer, IP telephony and videoconferencing. The telecommunications network design is supported on the wireless transmission medium, through point to point radio frequency (RF) using the 2.5 GHz licensed band linking the hills and mountains of the geography department to create connections between municipalities, for which, the respective calculations are performed to verify the feasibility of the link and the selected teams. Once the signal reaches the mayors of municipalities shall be distributed among public entities defined in the job, according to the allocated bandwidth. The network will have a private addressing scheme class B and define VLANs to optimize traffic and provide security. The selected technology for MPLS switching is a view of the growth and future of telecommunications in Risaralda, towards ensuring optimal service quality for the provision of services.
