Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2017En el presente proyecto, se analiza al vendedor informal ambulante de café de la Plaza de Bolívar en la ciudad de Pereira, con el objetivo de proyectar de manera sistemática un conjunto de parámetros y determinantes dentro de las necesidades halladas en dicho contexto. Partiendo del punto inicial de la metodología Design Thinking, en donde se evidencia la problemática mediante encuestas, entrevistas y observaciones no-participantes, hasta unificar la problemática con el paso a paso que la metodología ofrece. Durante la fase de Definición, se encontraron diferentes hallazgos que representaron algunos insigths para la elaboración de un diseño acorde a la necesidad del usuario, dando como resultado un sistema objeto, con el que el usuario interactúa y puede realizar su labor cotidiana, teniendo en cuenta aspectos ergonómicos, económicos, sociales y de salubridad que en un pasado afectaron de manera directa a estos vendedores, lo que procedió al despojo de varios carros de tinto dentro de la plaza, y que además, perjudicó las ventas dado que la percepción de los clientes cambió cuando se publicó la primera noticia sobre la salubridad de estos puestos itinerantes de trabajo. / Abstract: In the present project, the informal street vendor of coffee of the Plaza de Bolívar in the city of Pereira is analyzed, with the objective of systematically projecting a set of parameters and determinants within the needs found in that context. Starting from the initial point of Design Thinking methodology, where the problem is evidenced by means of surveys, interviews and non-participant observations, until the problem is unified with the step-by-step that the methodology offered. During the Definition phase, different findings were found that represented some insights for the design of a design according to the user's need, resulting in an object system, with which the user interacts and can perform his daily work, taking into account ergonomic, economic, social and health aspects that in the past affected these vendors directly, which resulted in the dispossession of several red cars inside the plaza, and which also damaged sales, given that the perception of customers It changed when the first news about the healthiness of these traveling jobs was published.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
