Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2013Fundamentalmente el proceso es desarrollado en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, dónde proyectos contemporáneos abundan en la ciudad, pero realmente ¿Qué pasa con todas aquellas edificaciones que son producto del pasar del tiempo y quedan en el olvido? Aquellas que hacen parte de un contexto y pueden traer consigo una nueva percepción urbana para su entorno inmediato. Desde este principio parte las intervenciones realizadas durante el periodo de práctica profesional, edificios que se encuentran en estado de deterioro y abandono los que usan actualmente un área importante hacia el interior de la ciudad, memorias que para los nacidos en Argentina tengan un significado más allá de lo económico sino que esté arraigado a sus raíces. El presente trabajo da cuenta de un proceso de práctica académica desenvuelto en la ciudad de Buenos aires, donde el proceso de diseño e intervención en los proyectos está desarrollado entorno al mismo núcleo temático: el reciclaje de edificaciones. Método que actualmente es muy utilizado en la ciudad, gracias a las características de su acelerado crecimiento poblacional y expansión territorial, haciendo que, sectores de la ciudad se destaquen por usos, ambientes y actividades en diferentes tiempos del año, pero también hacen que se estigmaticen edificaciones y sean producto de un cambio notablemente rápido las cuales quedan como resultantes y producto del olvido. Es claro entender que las reflexiones acá hechas están no sólo basadas en la experiencia de la práctica profesional sino también como persona que vive, disfruta y observa la ciudad, el rescate de edificaciones que permanecen deshabitadas, es claramente, una de las mayores apuestas en la arquitectura de hoy, huellas que vale la pena enmarcar y resaltar nuevamente. /Abstract: Essentially the process is developed in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, where contemporary projects abound in the city, but really what happens with all those buildings that are the product of the passing of time and remain in the oblivion? Those that are part of a context and can bring about a new urban perception for its immediate environment.
