Es así como se genera una investigación que permita comprender dichas circunstancias para posteriormente proponer una solución mediante la implementación de vivienda emergente y espacio público, a través del entendimiento de sus principales conceptos, entre los cuales se destacan la modularidad y el fácil desarrollo, además de la involucración de nuevas técnicas constructivas mediante el uso de diferentes tipos de materialidad. Abstract: The development of informal housing has been a phenomenon that is constantly growing in the last decades in global scale, in that way, Colombia is one of the countries that has most of the quantities of this kind of housing caused by forced displacement, for this reason it’s common to find structural problems and threats in this kind of places because they’re usually located in risk areas.
