The instruments were: socio moral problems questionnaire (DIT) from J. Rest, to measure the state of moral development (before and after the intervention) and participant observation. The obtained results showed that after intervention participants showed progress in their stages of morality. We conclude that the strategy arises positive effects by allowing the student to be the protagonist and defender of the ruleEste artículo describe la implementación de la estrategia “Los defensores del pacto de aula”, como herramienta para desarrollar procesos de interiorización de la norma reflejados en el estado de desarrollo moral, en una muestra no probabilística de 12 estudiantes de 5° de la Institución Educativa Compartir Las Brisas. Los instrumentos fueron: el cuestionario de problemas socio morales (DIT) de Rest, para medir el estado de desarrollo moral (antes y después de la intervención) y la observación participante. Como resultado se obtuvo que después de la intervención los participantes mostraron avances en sus estadios de moralidad.
