Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Se realizó una investigación en el área metropolitana centro occidente, donde se evidencio una serie de problemáticas entre el perímetro de lo urbano y lo rural, una de las principales fue la migración poblacional del campesino hacia las partes urbanas, en busca de un mejoramiento de calidad de vida, a partir de la metodología de análisis se decide hacer la intervención en el área rural, en el cual se identificaron cuatro zonas homogéneas cada una de ellas se caracterizaba por su vocación. A partir del estudio completo de las zonas se determinó un plan integral de equipamientos colectivos en la zona homogénea 3, la cual estaba constituida por Combia alta, Combia baja y Marsella. En el municipio de Marsella, en una de sus veredas y en el proceso se recolectó toda la información posible acerca del municipio y más puntualmente de la vereda dentro de lo cual cabe anotar que se caracterizaba por sus grandes y diversos cultivos sobre todo de café, a pesar de esto por un descuido continuo de los cultivos dejo de ser un lugar tan enriquecedor en este aspecto, provocando así que los habitantes de esta como ha sucedido en muchos otros sectores del país decidieran emigrar a otras ciudades, especialmente a la ciudad de Pereira en busca de nuevas oportunidades de estudio y de trabajo que garantizaran su bienestar. ABSTRACT: An investigation was carried out in the central western metropolitan area, where a series of problems was evidenced between the perimeter of the urban and the rural, one of the main ones was the population migration of the peasant towards the urban parts, based on the analysis methodology it was decided to do the intervention in the rural area, where it showed four homogenous zones each of them was characterized by its vocation.
