Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Se pretende desarrollar en este trabajo una serie de propuestas que aborden todo el territorio en general, además de esto se considera de gran importancia plantear posibles soluciones a muchas de las necesidades que aquejan la ciudad actual. Como primera medida es de gran relevancia el reconocimiento de la ciudad, de saber y entender todas sus dinámicas, para después de esto, plasmar las diferentes propuestas. Donde se elaboraron distintos métodos de investigación, lo que generó en la propuesta un enriquecimiento de información que aportó al desarrollo conceptual de cada procedimiento, dando resultados y diagnósticos de las potencialidades y problemáticas del territorio. Por esta razón, esta propuesta se fundamenta en la visión de una ciudad compacta y conectada, bajo esta premisa el desarrollo de este trabajo va siguiendo un orden programático y escalonado (de lo macro a lo micro). Abstract: It is intended to develop in this work a series of proposals that address the entire territory in general, besides this it is considered of great importance to propose possible solutions to many of the needs that afflict the current city. As a first measure, it is very important to recognize the city, to know and understand all its dynamics, and after that, to translate the different proposals. Where different research methods were developed, which generated in the proposal an enrichment of information that contributed to the conceptual development of each procedure, giving results and diagnoses of the potentialities and problems of the territory.
