El objetivo principal era realizar un diagnóstico a través de una metodología de análisis por variables las cuales pudieran arrojar indicadores que se pudieran medir cuantitativamente y mediante trabajo de campo verificar de manera cualitativa el estado de las comunidades afectadas básicamente por las variables: infraestructura, ambiental (riesgo) y estado de legalidad (reconocimiento por parte del estado). A partir del estudio realizado en el trabajo del primer semestre, se procede a formular soluciones a través de la intervención mediante proyectos de vivienda especialmente VIS (vivienda de interés social) y VIP (vivienda de interés prioritaria), los cuales de manera precisa buscan mejorar los indicadores anteriormente hallados. Abstract: The academic process of the architecture program for the degree project establishes a two-semester process which is formulated around a specific topic, in the case of the optional I and II of the year 2019 is the current state of informal housing of Pereira city. The main objective was to make a diagnosis through a methodology of analysis by variables which are to throw indicators that will be quantitatively measured and through field work qualitatively verify the state of the communities affected by the variables: infrastructure, environmental (risk) and state of legality (recognition by the state).
