Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Debido al desplazamiento rural hacia el casco urbano y la desolación de tierras de gran riqueza se decide formar un “Plan integral rural” que opta desarrollar una red integral que permita estructural y fortalecer los distintos sectores del territorio, donde cada propuesta está pensada en tejer e innovar las zonas rurales, reactivando las dinámicas de uso y apropiaciones territoriales. Por ende, la zona rural de Combia ha presentado este tipo de migración, “los habitantes se van de sus tierras a los cascos urbanos en busca de mejores oportunidades y calidad de vida” causando que cada vez estos territorios sean abandonados y las prácticas tradicionales desaparezcan. Es por ello que se realizare una institución educativa de interpretación y producción agrícola que genere nuevas dinámicas de oportunidades y educación de horizonte agrícola, ubicado en el crucero de Combia, sector rural de la ciudad de Pereira. De esta manera será posible crear oportunidades que permite la población habite sus tierras, generando nuevos proyectos y visiones de la vida rural que va desarrollar un mayor provecho de un territorio de gran riqueza agrícola y productiva para que de esta manera crear una mejor calidad de vida en la zona rural de Combia. ABSTRACT: Due to the rural displacement towards the urban center and the desolation of lands of great wealth, it is decided to form a "Comprehensive Rural Plan" that opts to develop a comprehensive network that allows structural and strengthen the different sectors of the territory, where each proposal is designed to weave innovate rural areas, reactivating the dynamics of use and territorial appropriations. Therefore, the rural area of Combia has presented this type of migration, "the inhabitants leave their land to the urban centers in search of better opportunities and quality of life" causing that these territories are abandoned and traditional practices disappear. It is for this reason that an agricultural interpretation and production educational institution will be created that will generate new dynamics of opportunities and education of agricultural horizon, located in Combia, rural sector of the city of Pereira.
