Por lo cual la configuración espacial no da abasto a los diferentes flujos de movilidad de los peatones que transitan y desarrollan sus actividades en el centro. Por ende se tiene como base la implementación de un corredor que cumpla con actividades y conexiones entre las diferentes condiciones de las manzanas (Centros de Manzana, 2do y 3er Nivel), complementando las actividades recreativas y sociales potenciales de los diferentes parques. A partir de esto el proyecto plantea la reutilización y revitalización de los espacios marginales a la singular primer planta de contorno de la manzana. En este sentido se tiene que las Manzanas potenciales de 6,400m2 componen la retícula ortogonal del centro, con niveles marginales (2das plantas) de la manzana de hasta 3000m2 potenciales de espacio público, con posibles conexiones entre estos. Además se tienen los edificios sin un uso determinado que dan forma y orden al proyecto de aproximación al sector marginal de la vida peatonal, en estos se abren los muros internos y las plataformas en altura hacen conexión de las calles y carreras. Abstract: From the spatial relationship that generated the development of the historic center of Pereira, analyzed in the optional: atlas of a revisited center, in the semesters 2018_2 and 2019_1, a fragmented configuration of gaps between the different treatments that are currently identified and formed is formed they make up parks, squares and centers of commercial and residential blocks; with this the corridors (streets and runs) in their arrangement define a weak connection of these gaps. Therefore, the spatial configuration cannot cope with the different mobility flows of pedestrians that transit and develop their activities in the center. Therefore, it is based on the implementation of a corridor that complies with activities and connections between the different conditions of the apples (Apple Centers, 2nd and 3rd Level), complementing the recreational and potential social activities of the different parks. From this the project proposes the reuse and revitalization of the marginal spaces to the singular first floor of the apple contour. In this sense, the potential 6,400m2 apples make up the orthogonal grid of the center, with marginal levels (2nd floors) of the block of up to 3000m2 potential public space, with possible connections between them.
